"Not sure these beans were very fresh"
I ordered a bag of whole beans from Lavazza USA it didn’t really live up to what I was expecting.
When I opened the bag, the beans looked a bit dry and uneven, and the aroma was muted. I tried playing around with different grind settings, but the coffee still tasted weak and slightly bitter, which made me question the overall quality.

Maybe I just ended up with an older bag, so I can’t say for sure. Shipping was totally fine, but for the price, I expected the beans to feel a lot fresher.

The espresso came out smooth, and the crema looked really nice. I’m always a little nervous trying something new because I hate wasting good beans on a disappointing shot, but this one turned out solid

"Shipping took forever"
The coffee itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping took way too long. I also tried contacting customer service and kept getting transferred around, which was really frustrating. By the time I got an answer, I was already annoyed

"Pods didn’t fit and support kept sending me in circles"
I ordered a few boxes from lavazzausa assuming they’d work with my Lavazza machine, but the pods don’t fit right at all. Maybe I missed something, but the site really wasn’t clear enough about which machines they’re compatible with. I tried reaching out for help and ended up in this frustrating support loop where I kept getting passed around or sent the same generic info without an actual fix. Now I’m stuck with coffee I can’t use, which is annoying.

I ordered from Lavazza the packaging was really solid. I usually stick with my go-to coffee brand, so I wasn’t totally sure about switching things up, but this left a good impression. The coffee bags were sealed tight, the box wasn’t dented or messy, and nothing spilled or got crushed, which I always worry about when ordering coffee online. It’s a simple thing, but it really does make a difference. Everything showed up clean and in good shape.

"Good when it’s good, but the roast can be a little inconsistent"
I’ve bought this a few times now, my experience has been a little all over the place. Some bags have been really smooth and easy to drink, with a nice flavor that makes me want another cup. Then other bags have had more of that slightly burnt taste, like the roast went just a bit too far. It’s not terrible by any means, and I’ll still drink it, but it’s not always the kind of coffee I’m excited to reach for first thing in the morning. When it’s a good batch, I really enjoy it, but the inconsistency makes it hard to fully love.

I went with my gut on this one, and it just didn’t seem like the real Lavazza I’m used to. The taste was off enough that I’m not totally convinced it was legit.

Am I the only one who feels like support just keeps saying they’ll “look into it” and then nothing actually happens? I kept having to email again and again, but the issue never really got fixed and I still didn’t get a clear answer.

"Cancellation was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I cancelled my subscription, but they kept charging me anyway, which was really annoying. When I reached out to support, I mostly got what felt like copy-paste replies instead of actual help. I guess it eventually is something I’ll just have to deal with and keep an eye on, but it definitely left a bad impression

"Consistent grind without any hassle"
I’ve been using it for a few bags now, and the grind has stayed really even the whole time. No fuss, no weird changes, just does what I need it to do.

"Order was wrong and the reminders were too much"
I usually like Lavazza coffee, so I was disappointed with this order. I ended up getting a different bag than the one I actually picked, and one item was missing completely. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a while, and then I still had to wait again to get it sorted out. On top of that, the reminder emails felt really pushy and aggressive, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

"Fresh coffee, happy overall"
I’ve ordered from Lavazza USA a couple times now, and the coffee has been fresh each time, which is really the main thing I care about. The second I opened the bags they had that nice coffee smell, like okay yes, this is what I was hoping for, and the flavor was good too, not stale or flat or anything like that. Shipping wasn’t crazy fast, but it was fine, no big issue there. I did take off one star because one of the boxes showed up a little beat up, which was kind of annoying, but the coffee itself was totally good, so overall I’m happy with it

I’ve ordered from Lavazza USA a few times now and overall I’m happy with it. The coffee prices are usually fair, especially when they have a sale going on. Some stuff does feel a little pricey if there’s no discount, but for the quality it’s still not too bad. I just wish the shipping cost was a bit better tho

"Smell was a letdown"
I was really hoping for that strong, fresh coffee smell when I opened the bag, but it came across flat. The cup itself was fine, nothing awful, but there just wasn’t much aroma at all. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot fresher. Kind of left me feeling passed around between the nice packaging and the average experience. I probably won’t order it again

"Quick help when I actually needed it"
Had a dumb little issue with my order from lavazzausa.com, so I emailed customer service expecting the usual copy-paste nonsense. But nope, they got back to me quickly and were actually useful, which was a nice surprise.

They sorted it out without turning it into some annoying pain in the ass, and I really appreciated that. Simple, fast, no weird hassle, I’d order from them again.

I’ve ordered from lavazzausa.com a few times now, and I keep coming back because the coffee just tastes good. It has a smooth, rich flavor, so my cup feels enjoyable instead of harsh or burnt like some other coffees I’ve tried.
The medium roast is my favorite because it smells really nice and makes my morning coffee feel easy and reliable. Shipping has been fine too, but the main reason I keep buying it is simple: the flavor is consistently solid.

I used lavazzausa.com to order some coffee, the site was easy to figure out. The menu was clear, and I found the pods I wanted without having to click around forever. Checkout was simple too, though I always get a little suspicious when an online order feels too smooth, like I’m waiting for some random fee or issue to pop up.
The only reason I’d probably give it 4 stars is that a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and some of the product details could’ve been more straightforward. Nothing major happened, and the order went through fine, but I did keep double-checking things just in case. Overall, it worked well enough, and I’d use it again.
